CHSPR has a proud history as a partner in the development of the BC Linked Health Database (BCLHD), known as one of the world’s largest collections of health care and population health data.

In 2009, the Health Services Data transitioned to Population Data BC, and our role shifted away from data management. As a major partner in Population Data BC, we now emphasize support for development of and access to new data resources.

CHSPR’s tradition in innovation and excellence in using research data remains unchanged. We continue to provide expertise and leadership in health care data use and development through research that draws upon the rich data resources available at Population Data BC.
