Guidelines
Space for posters will be limited. Those wishing to have their research considered for the poster reception must provide an abstract of no more than 250 words. Abstracts should describe the question(s) or topic(s) addressed, the main methods of the study and key messages to be communicated in the poster presentation (bearing in mind the anticipated audience of researchers, policy makers and students). Only proposals that are consistent with the conference’s general theme will undergo peer review.
- Poster size must not exceed 4'x5'
- Posters will be displayed at the conference reception starting at 4:30pm on February 28
Submissions must contain:
- Title
- Presenting author (presenting authors must register for and attend the conference)
- Organizational affiliation
- Source(s) of funding for research
- Abstract text of no more than 250 words
