Marlene has a BSc. in Pharmacy and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Alberta. She’s had 19 years of experience in long-term care operation administration in Western Canada. Marlene is currently the Executive Dean for the School of Health & Life Sciences and Community Services at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Kitchener. Marlene has a keen interest in continuous quality improvement and the organizational development that is required to sustain new ways of providing service.
