Cancellation Policy

The Conference Organizers and their agents reserve the right to cancel the event up to ten (10) days prior to the event date. Each registrant will be notified by telephone, with written notification and a full refund following. The University of British Columbia is not responsible for any costs, including but not limited to airline or hotel penalties. If written notice of withdrawal and original receipt is received at UBC CHSPR before 27 January 2012, the registration fee will be refunded less a $75 CDN administrative charge. No refunds will be granted for withdrawal after this date, although a substitute delegate may attend at no additional cost. No refunds will be granted for any reason once the conference has commenced.
